About Us: Pryceless Designs specializes in custom embroidery, DTF apparel, personalized gifts, event favors, and specialty collections. Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, specific policies apply to all purchases.
Orders & Payment: Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, or product availability issues.
Personalized & Custom Orders: Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, initials, dates, colors, and customization details. Please carefully review all order information before submitting your order. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible. Pryceless Designs is not responsible for customer-provided spelling errors, incorrect information, or design selections that were approved by the customer.
Proof Approval: When applicable, digital proofs or mockups may be provided for approval.
By approving a proof, the customer accepts responsibility for all design elements, including spelling, colors, placement, and formatting.
Production will begin only after approval has been received.
Production & Shipping: Production times vary based on product type, customization requirements, order volume, and material availability.
Estimated production and shipping timelines are not guaranteed.
Pryceless Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of our products, all personalized and custom-made items are considered final sale.
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted unless an error was made by Pryceless Designs.
If you believe your order was received damaged or contains a production error, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photographs and order information. Approved replacements or corrections will be made at our discretion.
Product Variations: Because many items are handcrafted, embroidered, or custom-produced, slight variations in color, placement, size, and appearance may occur. These variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
Intellectual Property: All logos, designs, artwork, graphics, photographs, product concepts, and content displayed by Pryceless Designs are the property of Pryceless Designs and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
